This is a part-time position; 54 hours over a two-week period. Hours are worked between 8:00am-4:00pm; Monday thru Friday only (no weekends or holidays).
The Program Assistants at our Adult Day Centers help the participants of the program to have an enjoyable experience while providing opportunities, cares, and services.
- Help develop programming schedule and do activities both on and off site.
- Prepare, serve, clean up meals and snacks.
- Assure cleanliness and safety.
- Involves driving the activities transport vehicle.
- Assure medications are taken as ordered, assess accuchecks, weights, and vitals.
- Provide personal cares (such as baths and toileting).
- Work independently and as a member of the interdisciplinary team.

Requirements: Must be 18 yrs. of age. Experience working in Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, or Home Health Care; or as a DSP or RA is beneficial, but not required. Valid driver’s license preferred.
