Retention Bonus for Full-Time Days or PMs ($4000/RN $2000/LPN) – Must apply by June 19th
The Onalaska Care Center is looking for a professional Nurse to take care of our residents in a well-managed setting that includes: administering medications and treatments as ordered by attending physicians, assesses individual resident’s needs; planning, implementing and evaluating care for a defined group of residents. We offer a positive, upbeat work environment where all of our department staff work together for the good of our residents.
- Full and Part-time Days: 48 or 72 hours over a two-week period
- Full-time PM: 64 hours over a two-week period
- Full-time Nights: 64 hours over a two-week period, eight or twelve hour shift option
Job Summary: The Staff Nurse will be responsible for assessing individual resident’s needs, planning, implementing and evaluating care for a defined group of residents.
Must be currently licensed to practice in the state of Wisconsin as either a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse. Experience working in Assisted Living or Long Term Care is beneficial, but not required. We will train the right fit for our team!
