MDS Nurse (Norseland Nursing Home)

Norseland Nursing Home is looking for a MDS Nurse. This can be a full or part-time position. Full-time would include floor shifts, part-time is MDS only. We offer a positive, upbeat work environment where all of our department staff work together for the good of our residents.

Requirements:

• Current WI RN license
• Ability to relate positively and effectively with residents, families, community members, volunteers and other staff.
• Two or more years of experience in long-term care / SNF preferred.
• MDS Certification or experience.
