Norseland Nursing Home is looking for a part-time Maintenance Assistant to join their team. Job Responsibilities:

Assist with maintaining interior and exterior of building.
Snow and ice removal, including shoveling, blowing and plowing.
Lawn Care
May paint and perform minor carpentry and repair work.

Requirements:

Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and 80 pounds occasionally.
Ability to relate positively and effectively with residents, families, community members, volunteers and other staff.
One or more years of experience preferred.
