Infection Control / MDS Nurse Manager (Onalaska Care Center)
The Onalaska Care Center is looking for a Nurse Manager to serve as the Infection Preventionist and MDS Nurse. This is a full-time position on the Day shift, with on-call every third weekend. We offer a positive, upbeat work environment where all of our department staff work together for the good of our residents.
Requirements:
- Current WI RN license
- Infection Prevention and Control Certification or experience.
- Ability to relate positively and effectively with residents, families, community members, volunteers and other staff.
- Two or more years of experience in long-term care / SNF preferred.
- MDS Certification or experience.
